Artificial Colour (FD&C Yellow #6, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #1)
The ingredients in these colours are of the highest quality and are approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration. These colours were chosen because they are more vibrant than natural colours; large amounts of natural colours would have to be used
to match a specific colour, whereas artificial colours are only required in small quantities to match the same colour. Natural colours degrade with time, making their shelf life very limited. Our aim was to mimic lollipops currently available to children,
and using natural colours would not meet this aim. Children like these herbal lollipops because the colours are familiar.
Artificial Flavour
The ingredients in these flavours are of the highest quality and are approved for use by the Food and Drug Administration. They were chosen instead of natural flavours because the artificial flavours are concentrated, and therefore,
are not required in such high amounts. This is an important concern when dealing with lollipops since they are of limited size. Natural flavours also have a very short shelf life because they quickly degrade with time. Therefore, the inclusion of
artificial flavours in the lollipops ensures that the quality of our product is at the highest standard, and remains at this level until they are enjoyed.

we fail any inspection we lose our certification. The rules are so strict that we are the only herbal manufacturer in Canada, and one of two in North America, certified Kosher. There are many segments of our population that will seek out the Kosher symbol
