Contraindications
Do not use internally (can be poisonous).
Therapeutic Indications
Commonly used in scenting detergents, soaps, disinfectants, deodorants, room sprays and other household products. Primarily used medicinally in sports and muscle rubs as well as chest / vapour rubs.
As camphor oil is poisonous, do not use internally and it should always be kept out of the reach of children.
Storage
Camphor oil should be stored in a cool, dry area away from children. Once opened, refrigeration and tightly closing the cap will prolong its shelf life.
Usage
Muscle Rub, Sports Rub & Pain Relief: Mix 5 - 10 drops Camphor oil with 5 - 10 drops Eucalyptus oil and 250ml (1 cup) of your favorite Carrier oil for an excellent sports rub for tired or aching
muscles.
Colds & Flu: Place a few drops of Camphor oil on a handkerchief and inhale.
